Novel composite mute floor and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a novel composite mute floor which comprises an inner core layer, a PVC mute layer and a wear-resistant layer which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom, and the novel composite mute floor is prepared from the following preparation raw materials: the inner core layer is prepared from 50-60 parts of wood chips, 42-52 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 28-38 parts of glue, 11-15 parts of chemical fibers, 11-15 parts of a foaming agent and 5-7 parts of an insect-resistant agent; the PVC mute layer comprises 10-20 parts of PVC resin, 3-5 parts of a foaming agent and 6-8 parts of a stabilizer; and the wear-resistant layer comprises 8-18 parts of polystyrene resin, 5-15 parts of a wear-resistant agent, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant and 6-10 parts of a flexibilizer. The PVC resin, the foaming agent and the stabilizer are put into the stirrer to be stirred for multiple times, the foaming effect is good, the PVC premix is obtained, the mute effect is good, the novel composite mute floor obtained through three-layer hot pressing is high in wear resistance and stable in cooling temperature, and floor cracking caused by too low cooling temperature can be prevented.
本发明公开了种新型复合式静音地板，包括从上至下依次分布的内芯层、PVC静音层和耐磨层，包括以下制备原料：内芯层：木屑50‑60份、聚氯乙烯树脂42‑52份、胶水28‑38份、化学纤维11‑15份、发泡剂11‑15份和防虫剂5‑7份；PVC静音层：PVC树脂10‑20份、发泡剂3‑5份和稳定剂6‑8份；耐磨层：聚苯乙烯树脂8‑18份、耐磨剂5‑15份、抗氧化剂1‑3份和增韧剂6‑10份。本发明通过将PVC树脂、发泡剂和稳定剂放进搅拌机中进行多次搅拌，发泡的效果好，得到PVC预混料，静音效果好，通过三层热压得到的新型复合式静音地板，耐磨性能比较高，对冷却温度保持稳定，可以防止冷却温度过低导致地板开裂。
