The full-prestress double-column type segment assembly pier comprises the external energy dissipation dampers, a cover beam, pier bodies, a bearing platform and prestressed steel bars, the two sets of pier bodies are symmetrically arranged between the cover beam and the bearing platform, and reinforcement cages are arranged in the cover beam, the bearing platform and the pier bodies; the reinforcement cage is composed of longitudinal erection steel bars and stirrups. Longitudinal through corrugated pipe hole channels are reserved in the peripheries of the cover beam, the bearing platform and the pier body, and the prestressed steel bars are arranged in the corrugated pipe hole channels. Square grooves are reserved in the positions of corrugated pipe hole channels in the top of the cover beam and the bottom of the bearing platform, and the square grooves provide space for anchorage devices and prestressed reinforcement tensioning and anchor sealing. The pier body is formed by splicing a plurality of prefabricated sections; the external damper is composed of a shroud ring, an energy dissipation alloy bar and the like, the energy dissipation alloy bar is made of Zn-22Al alloy, and the rest of the energy dissipation alloy bar is made of steel. The device is reasonable in design and simple in structure; the pier body adopts a section splicing form, so that the structure can be prefabricated, is not influenced by the environment and is convenient to construct; the pier adopts a full-prestress form, so that the shear capacity between the sections is improved, and the pier column can be reset after an earthquake; and the replaceable external energy dissipation damper is arranged at the pier bottom, so that the energy dissipation capacity of the pier is improved.
本发明公开一种外置耗能阻尼器的全预应力双柱式节段拼装桥墩及其设计与施工方法,包括外置耗能阻尼器、盖梁、墩身、承台和预应力钢筋,盖梁和承台之间对称设置有两组墩身,盖梁、承台和墩身内均有配置钢筋笼,钢筋笼由纵向架立钢筋及箍筋组成;盖梁、承台和墩身的周围均留有纵向贯通波纹管孔道,预应力钢筋设置于波纹管孔道内;盖梁顶部及承台底部的波纹管孔道位置均留有方形凹槽,方形凹槽为锚具及预应力钢筋张拉封锚提供空间;墩身由若干预制节段拼装而成;外置阻尼器由箍环、耗能合金棒等组成,耗能合金棒材料为Zn‑22Al合金,其余部分为钢材。本发明设计合理,构造简单;墩身采用节段拼装的形式,结构可预制,不受环境影响,施工方便;桥墩采用全预应力的形式,提高节段间抗剪能力,实现墩柱的震后可复位;墩底设置可更换的外置耗能阻尼器,提高桥墩的耗能能力。
