The invention belongs to the technical field of sleeper repair, and particularly discloses a sleeper repair process which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a sleeper repair process test piece, manufacturing a sleeper shoulder standard piece according to a C60 concrete mix proportion, after 7 days, carrying out groove broaching on a bonding surface of the standard piece by using a special cutting machine, mainly increasing bonding force and shearing force, continuing to maintain for 28 days, carrying out site construction, and preparing a construction tool. Comprising a special sleeper cutting machine, a cleaning machine, a patter and a generator, and a repaired sleeper is determined; the repairing structure for the gap between the sleeper and the roadbed slab is simple in structure, the gap between the ballastless track sleeper and the roadbed slab can be effectively repaired, the repairing structure for fully repairing the gap can be obtained by adopting the repairing method, the technology is simple, repairing is rapid and effective, all procedures are completed within the time of a skylight point of a high-speed rail, and the repairing cost is reduced. The normal operation of a line is not influenced, the adhesion force, the shearing force and the anti-pressure capability of the cutting foundation surface and a new tool material are strong, and the tool can be popularized and applied in a large scale.
