The present invention relates to a construction method for repairing a concrete track bed and more specifically, to a construction method for repairing a concrete track bed, which involves forming a new sleeper by pouring and curing mortar on the concrete track bed. The construction method for repairing a concrete track bed comprises the steps of: identifying a section where subsidence has occurred through surveying and determining a position and height at which a new sleeper is to be formed; adjusting a rail height to secure a working space under a rail; forming a chipping part having a recessed structure at a position where the new sleeper is to be formed in the concrete track bed; applying a concrete adhesive to the inside of the chipping part; installing a formwork for forming the new sleeper on a vertical upper portion of the chipping part formed on the concrete track bed; forming the new sleeper by pouring and curing mortar inside the formwork; uninstalling the formwork after the new sleeper is completely shaped; trimming and arranging a surface of the new sleeper exposed due to uninstallation of the formwork; machining a hole in the new sleeper, through which an insulating buried screw for fixing a rail fastener to the new sleeper is installed, and installing the insulating buried screw in the machined hole; after uninstalling an existing rail fastener coupled to the rail, lifting the rail to acquire a space for installing a new rail fastener between the new sleeper and the rail; and after arranging the new rail fastener between the new sleeper and the rail, fixing the rail fastener to the new sleeper and the rail.
