The present invention relates to a sleeper formwork for repair of a concrete bed and aims to provide a sleeper formwork for production of a new sleeper by pouring and curing mortar on the concrete bed, which allows the new sleeper to be freely adjusted in height in response to site conditions. To this end, the sleeper formwork for repair of a concrete bed comprises: a lower formwork fixedly installed on the concrete bed to form a wall extending along the periphery of a chipping part just above the chipping part formed in a recessed structure on the concrete bed; an upper formwork assembled to the lower formwork to form an upper surface of a sleeper and to form a space for shaping the sleeper together with the lower formwork while covering an open top of the lower formwork, and having the sleeper adjusted in height by moving up and down while being coupled to the lower formwork; and a position adjusting mechanism connecting the lower formwork and the upper formwork, and moving the upper formwork up and down while working by a worker's operation, to adjust the height of the upper formwork.
본 발명은 콘크리트 도상 보수용 침목 거푸집에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 몰탈을 콘크리트 도상에 타설하고 양생하여 신설침목을 형성하도록 이루어지되, 신설침목의 높이를 현장 여건에 대응하여 자유롭게 조절할 수 있도록 한 콘크리트 도상 보수용 침목 거푸집을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 콘크리트 도상에 함몰된 구조로 형성된 치핑부의 바로 위에서 치핑부의 둘레를 따라 연장되는 벽을 형성하도록 콘크리트 도상에 고정되게 설치되는 하부 형틀; 상기 하부 형틀의 개방된 상부를 덮어주면서 침목의 상면을 형성하도록 하부 형틀에 조립되어 하부 형틀과 함께 침목의 성형을 위한 공간을 형성하도록 이루어지되, 하부 형틀에 결합된 채로 상하로 이동하면서 침목의 높이가 조절되게 하는 상부 형틀; 및 상기 하부 형틀과 상부 형틀을 연결하며, 작업자의 조작에 의해 작동하면서 상부 형틀을 상하로 이동시켜 상부 형틀의 높이를 조절하는 위치조절기구;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 도상 보수용 침목 거푸집을 제공한다.
