Novel bamboo-steel-building waste combined component and manufacturing method
The invention relates to a novel bamboo-steel-building waste combined component and a manufacturing method. The combined component is composed of an FRP layer, a cork layer, a hollow ribbed thin-wall steel cylinder, building waste and a bamboo cylinder. During manufacturing, the hollow ribbed thin-wall steel cylinder is formed by one-time casting in a factory, and the bamboo cylinder is placed on the inner side of the hollow ribbed thin-wall steel cylinder; building waste is poured into a fan-shaped space formed by the hollow ribbed thin-wall steel cylinder and the bamboo cylinder, the hollow ribbed thin-wall steel cylinder is tightly wrapped with the cork layer with the thickness not smaller than 30 mm, and the outer side of the cork layer is wrapped with the FRP layer through epoxy resin glue. Compared with a traditional construction method, the manufacturing method has the advantages of light weight, high strength, resource conservation, environment friendliness, corrosion resistance, fire resistance, attractive appearance and the like.
本发明涉及一种新型竹‑钢‑建筑废料组合构件及制造方法,组合构件由FRP层、软木层、空心带肋薄壁钢筒、建筑废料和竹质圆筒组成。制作时,空心带肋薄壁钢筒由工厂一次性浇铸而成,将竹质圆筒放入空心带肋薄壁钢筒内侧;将建筑废料浇筑到空心带肋薄壁钢筒与竹质圆筒形成的扇形空间内,紧贴空心带肋薄壁钢筒外包裹厚度不小于30mm软木层,在软木层外侧通过环氧树脂胶包裹FRP层。本制造方法与传统施工方法相比,具有轻质高强、节约资源、绿色环保、防锈蚀、耐火以及外表美观等优点。
