Preparation method of FRP bamboo straw combined component
The invention discloses a preparation method of an FRP bamboo straw combined component. The combined component is composed of a bamboo laminated core material, an FRP wrapping layer, a straw waste compaction layer, a bamboo laminated outer wrapping layer and a fireproof treatment surface layer. When the component is prepared, the bamboo laminated core material, FRP cloth, straw blocks subjected tomechanical primary compaction and raw bamboo strips are subjected to glue brushing and splicing and then are subjected to one-step hot pressing in a hot press in a unified manner, a cementing agent selected for hot pressing is novel resorcinol modified phenolic resin glue with an anti-corrosion function, and finally the surface layer is subjected to fireproof treatment through an impregnation method. The combined component comprises the CFRP wrapping layer with the thickness being 3 mm, and the overall mechanical strength of a column body can be improved; and meanwhile, due to the addition ofthe FRP material and straw, the dead load of the combined component is reduced, and the overall stability of the component is improved; and meanwhile, due to the addition of straw waste and effectiveutilization of bamboo, the environment-friendly sustainable development concept is met.
本发明公开一种FRP竹秸秆组合构件制备方法,组合构件由竹集成材芯材、FRP包裹层、秸秆废料压实层、竹集成材外包层、防火处理表层组成。制备该构件时,各层分别由竹集成材芯材、FRP布、经机械初步压实的秸秆物块、原竹条刷胶拼装,然后统一在热压机内一步热压而成,热压选用的胶结剂为一种新型具有防腐功能的间苯二酚改性酚醛树脂胶,最后采用浸渍法对表层进行防火处理完成。组合构件中包含3‑5mm的CFRP包裹层,可以提高柱体整体力学强度,同时FRP材料以及秸秆的加入降低了组合构件的自重,增加了构件的整体稳定性,同时秸秆废料的加入以及竹材的有效利用符合环保可持续发展的理念。
