According to the cement road transverse joint cutting device, firstly, the walking wheels at the bottoms of the two supporting legs can drive the rotary driving assembly to move to the positions above road shoulders on the two sides of a cement road, and therefore one-time continuous cutting of cement road transverse joints can be achieved, and the joint cutting efficiency is improved; and the lifting driving assembly can stably adjust the distance between the bottom of the longest milling rod and the top of the cement pavement, so that fixed-depth joint cutting of the cement pavement can be realized, and the joint cutting effect is improved.
