Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent joint cutting device for cement road construction and a joint cutting process thereof.The intelligent joint cutting device comprises a walking mechanism capable of transversely and horizontally moving along a road, the walking mechanism is fixedly connected with an adjusting box, a driving box is arranged below the adjusting box, and the bottom of the driving box is rotationally connected with a plurality of milling rods distributed in a horizontal array; a lifting driving assembly used for driving the adjusting box to be adjusted up and down is arranged on the inner side of the adjusting box. According to the cement road transverse joint cutting device, firstly, the walking wheels at the bottoms of the two supporting legs can drive the rotary driving assembly to move to the positions above road shoulders on the two sides of a cement road, and therefore one-time continuous cutting of cement road transverse joints can be achieved, and the joint cutting efficiency is improved; and the lifting driving assembly can stably adjust the distance between the bottom of the longest milling rod and the top of the cement pavement, so that fixed-depth joint cutting of the cement pavement can be realized, and the joint cutting effect is improved.

本发明公开了一种水泥公路施工用智能切缝装置及其切缝工艺，包括可沿着道路横向水平移动的行走机构，所述行走机构上固定连接有调节箱，所述调节箱的下方设置驱动箱，所述驱动箱的底部转动连接有水平阵列分布的多根铣刨杆，所述调节箱的内侧具有用于驱动调节箱上下调节的升降驱动组件。本发明中，首先，两个支撑腿底部的行走轮可带动转动驱动组件移动至水泥道路两侧的路肩上方，由此可实现对水泥道路横缝的一次性连续切割，从而提升了切缝的效率，其次，升降驱动组件可稳定调节最长的铣刨杆底部与水泥路面顶部之间的间距，由此可实现对水泥路面固定深度的切缝，从而提升了切缝的效果。
