The invention discloses a joint cutting device for cement road construction and a using method thereof.The joint cutting device comprises a moving vehicle, a mounting plate, a rotating plate, a cutting blade, a driving assembly, an adjusting assembly, a spraying assembly and a receding assembly, the mounting plate is rotationally connected to the interior of the moving vehicle, and the rotating plate is rotationally connected to one side of the mounting plate; a first electric telescopic rod is rotationally connected to the outer portion of the mounting plate, and one end of the first electric telescopic rod is rotationally connected with one side of the rotating plate. Through cooperative use of the rotatable mounting plate and the rotating plate arranged in the moving trolley, the angle of the cutting blade can be adjusted, the cutting depth of the cutting blade is changed, and the cutting efficiency is improved; furthermore, under the action of a receding assembly, the mounting plate can be driven to rotate when the cutting blades are blocked, then receding of the cutting blades is achieved, the cutting blades are prevented from being damaged, the distance between the two cutting blades can be adjusted through an adjusting assembly arranged in a rotating plate, and then the cutting width is adjustable; and the use flexibility and effect of the equipment can be improved.
本发明公开了一种水泥公路施工用切缝装置及其使用方法，包括移动车、安装板、转板、切割片、驱动组件、调节组件、喷淋组件和让位组件，移动车的内部转动连接有安装板，安装板的一侧转动连接有转板，安装板的外部转动连接有第一电动伸缩杆，第一电动伸缩杆的一端与转板的一侧转动连接，本发明通过在移动车内部设置的可转动安装板以及转板配合使用，不仅可对切割片的角度进行调节，改变其切割深度，而且在让位组件的作用下还可以在切割片受阻时驱动安装板转动，进而实现切割片的让位避免其损坏，通过转板内部设置的调节组件可以对两个切割片之间的间距进行调节，进而使得切割的宽度可调，有利于提高设备使用的灵活性以及效果。
