Rapid paving method for moisture-cured polyurethane combined high-molecular waterproof pre-paving/wet-paving coiled material
The invention discloses a rapid paving and pasting method of a moisture-cured polyurethane combined high-molecular waterproof pre-paving/wet-paving coiled material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) wetting a concrete base surface to be constructed; (2) preparing a moisture-cured polyurethane waterproof coating; (3) brushing a moisture-cured polyurethane waterproof coating; (4) removing the isolating membrane on the lower surface of the macromolecular adhesive waterproof coiled material, and wet-paving the waterproof coiled material on the brushed concrete base surface; and (5) pushing the surface of the macromolecular adhesive waterproof coiled material to exhaust internal gas, so that the coiled material, the coating and the base surface are completely adhered to form a waterproof structure. According to the invention, two working procedures of moisture-curing polyurethane waterproof coating construction and pre-paving/wet paving construction of the high-molecular waterproof coiled material are combined into a whole, so that a dual waterproof function is realized, and-NCO groups contained in moisture-curing polyurethane react with adsorbed water on the surfaces of a concrete matrix and the high-molecular coiled material; the coiled material and the base body are firmly connected in the form of covalent bonds and coordinate bonds, and the leakproofness of the coiled material and the base surface is improved.
本发明公开一种湿固化聚氨酯结合高分子防水预/湿铺卷材快速铺贴方法,包括以下步骤:(1)湿润处理待施工的混凝土基面;(2)制备湿固化聚氨酯防水涂料;(3)涂刷湿固化聚氨酯防水涂料;(4)除去高分子粘防水卷材下表面隔离膜,将防水卷材湿铺在涂刷后的混凝土基面;(5)推挤高分子粘防水卷材表面以排出内部气体,使卷材、涂料、基面三者完全粘合,形成防水结构。本发明将湿固化聚氨酯防水涂料施工与高分子防水卷材预/湿铺施工两道工序合二为一,实现双重防水功能,湿固化聚氨酯中含有的‑NCO基团与混凝土基体和高分子卷材表面的吸附水发生反应,以共价键和配位键的形式牢固连接卷材与基体,提高卷材与基面的密闭性。
