The invention discloses a metro floating slab broadband shock absorber based on particle damping. The metro floating slab broadband shock absorber comprises an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, a top plate, a particle damping device, a base plate, a piston, a steel spring, a base and the like. The outer sleeve is connected with the floating slab through the pre-embedded ribs, and other components are protected in the outer sleeve. The particle damping device is installed above the inner sleeve, when the steel spring in the inner sleeve vibrates, particles in the particle damping device move along with the steel spring, collision, friction, sliding or rolling can happen in the movement process to dissipate energy, and therefore the vibration reduction effect is achieved. Particle damping is added and matched with the steel spring, the vibration reduction frequency is wider, and the problem that an existing steel spring floating slab is not ideal in low-frequency vibration reduction effect can be solved.
