The invention discloses a method for preparing fine-grain oxide ceramic through electric field assisted rapid sintering. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing coating powder through a hydrolysis precipitation method, and carrying out mold pressing to obtain a green body; 2, heating the green body in the step 1 to a preset temperature T, wherein T is more than or equal to 300 DEG C and less than or equal to 1300 DEG C; 3, putting the blank heated in the step 2 into a direct-current electric field, and carrying out flash burning under preset electric field intensity E and alternating current density J; wherein 60 V/cm < = E < = 1500 V/cm, and 5 mA/mm < 2 > < = J < = 200 mA/mm < 2 >; 4, after flash burning, the current density J is kept for a period of time t; removing the applied direct-current electric field, and cooling the green body to room temperature to obtain a fine-grain oxide ceramic block body; the method has the advantage of effectively inhibiting grain growth in the ceramic sintering process, and a new way is provided for preparation of fine-grain oxide ceramics.
本发明公开了一种电场辅助下快速烧结制备细晶氧化物陶瓷的方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:通过水解沉淀法制备包覆粉体并经模压得到坯体;步骤2:将步骤1中的坯体加热到预设温度T,其中300℃≤T≤1300℃;步骤3:将步骤2加热后的坯体放入直流电场内,在预设电场强度E和交电流密度J下发生闪烧;其中60V/cm≤E≤1500V/cm,5mA/mm2≤J≤200mA/mm2;步骤4:发生闪烧后保持电流密度J一段时间t;去掉施加直流电场,将坯体冷却到室温,即可得到细晶氧化物陶瓷块体;本发明具有有效抑制陶瓷烧结过程中晶粒长大的优点,为细晶氧化物陶瓷的制备提供了新的途径。
