The dielectric material comprises a main body material, a first doping auxiliary material and a second doping auxiliary material; the main body material is BaTiO3, and the content of the main body material is 94-99.2 mol%; the first doping auxiliary material is selected from any one or more of Dy2O3, Y2O3, Ho2O3 and Sm2O3, and the content of the first doping auxiliary material is 0.1-2 mol%; the second doping auxiliary material is selected from any one or more of V2O5, CaO, Al2O3, ZrO2 and SiO2, and the content of the second doping auxiliary material is 0.7-4 mol%; the total content of the first doping auxiliary material and the second doping auxiliary material is 0.8-6 mol%. The invention also discloses a multilayer ceramic capacitor prepared from the medium-high voltage ceramic capacitor dielectric material, the ceramic capacitor and the dielectric material are well matched with a nickel electrode and other base metal inner electrodes, the dielectric material has high breakdown voltage resistance and high temperature stability, and the X7S requirement of EIA is met.
