The invention provides a high-strength impervious concrete inorganic waterproof additive and a production process thereof, and the waterproof additive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of fly ash, 8-10 parts of calcium carbonate, 6-8 parts of stearic acid, 3-5 parts of diethanol amine, 0.2-0.8 part of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1-3 parts of polypropylene fiber, 6-8 parts of melamine and 8-10 parts of waterborne acrylic resin. 20 to 30 parts of deionized water; the waterproof additive mainly adopts fly ash and calcium carbonate, is supplemented with water-based acrylic resin, is compounded with other additives, and is doped into concrete, so that the waterproof and plasticizing effects are achieved; production equipment used in the production process of the waterproof additive comprises a production equipment main body, a stirring tank is arranged on the production equipment main body, a stirring motor is mounted at the upper end of the stirring tank, and the production equipment can efficiently feed solid and liquid raw material reagents into the stirring tank separately, so that accurate feeding of the raw material reagents is realized, and the production efficiency is improved. The stirring tank can conveniently stir and process the inorganic waterproof additive.
