The percussion drill and the underreaming drill are adopted for grooving construction, a trapezoidal underreaming main hole can be obtained, meanwhile, the construction efficiency is improved, and the grooving construction quality of the equivalent diaphragm wall is guaranteed; the bottom-expanded main hole and the steel reinforcement cage base with the steel bar barbs are adopted, efficient quick-setting cement is matched, and the steel reinforcement cage and the bottom-expanded part of the main hole form a whole, so that the stability of the steel reinforcement cage is improved, the construction quality of the equivalent diaphragm wall is guaranteed, and the phenomenon that the steel reinforcement cage floats during grouting construction of the equivalent diaphragm wall is prevented.
