Equivalent diaphragm wall construction system and method used under low clearance condition
The invention discloses an equivalent diaphragm wall construction system and method used under a low clearance condition. The equivalent diaphragm wall construction method comprises the steps that equivalent calculation is conducted, a traditional rectangular diaphragm wall reinforcement cage is equivalently replaced with cylindrical reinforcement cages with certain intervals, and the equivalent stiffness of a calculator is calculated; a second section of reinforcement cage is hoisted by a hoisting machine and lowered to the position making contact with the top of a first section of reinforcement cage; the first section of reinforcement cage and the second section of reinforcement cage are subjected to butt joint construction by constructors, and butt joint is completed through welding; and after hoisting and lowering of the whole equivalent diaphragm wall reinforcement cage are completed, grouting construction is conducted, and finally construction of an equivalent diaphragm wall is completed. According to the equivalent diaphragm wall construction system, the traditional diaphragm wall reinforcement cage is replaced with the multiple sections of cylindrical reinforcement cages, and the cost of the construction system is reduced through cooperation of the hoisting machine, a clamping mechanism, the multiple sections of reinforcement cages and other structures; and according to the equivalent diaphragm wall construction method, through equivalent calculation of the stiffness of the diaphragm wall, reinforcement design of the equivalent diaphragm wall is completed, and the traditional diaphragm wall reinforcement cage is replaced with the multiple sections of cylindrical reinforcement cages.
