Integral traction, lifting and tensioning construction method for single-layer and double-layer mixed cable net
The invention discloses a construction method for integral traction, lifting and tensioning of a single-layer and double-layer mixed cable net. The construction method mainly comprises the following steps that (1) a peripheral supporting structure is installed; 2) laying and connecting ring cables and radial cables, and installing cable clamps; (3) traction equipment and a tool cable are installed and pre-tightened; (4) a supporting rod of a truss where a single traction point is located in the double-layer cable net is installed; (5) integrally pulling and lifting the cable net, adjusting the pulling speed of each point, and sequentially connecting with the anchoring node in place: firstly, a double-layer cable net single pulling point and an upper pulling point, secondly, a single-layer cable net pulling point and finally, a double-layer cable net lower pulling point, and adopting a crane to sequentially mount corresponding supporting rods when the distance between the upper cable clamp and the lower cable clamp is proper in the process; 6, the supporting rods which cannot be installed in place due to the influence of tool equipment in the previous steps are subjected to supplementary installation in place and structural molding.By means of the method, the construction support amount and the high-altitude operation amount can be reduced, the demand quantity of large-tonnage traction, lifting and tensioning equipment is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, the light weight of the tool is achieved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种单双层混合索网整体牵引提升张拉施工方法,主要步骤如下:1)安装周边支承结构;2)铺设和连接环索、径向索并安装索夹;3)安装牵引设备和工装索并预紧;4)安装双层索网中单牵引点所在榀的撑杆;5)整体牵引提升索网,调整各点牵引速度,依次与锚固节点连接就位:首先是双层索网单牵引点和上牵引点,然后是单层索网牵引点,最后是双层索网下牵引点,过程中当上下层索夹距离合适时采用吊机依次安装相应撑杆;6)对前述步骤中受工装设备影响不能安装就位的撑杆,予以补装就位,结构成型。该方法可减少施工支架量和高空作业量,减少大吨位牵引提升张拉设备的需求量,降低施工费用,实现工装轻型化,缩短工期和提高施工效率。
