Taking out the hand mold, carrying out microwave baking, and then carrying out a hemming process to form a semi-finished glove product; and after the curled hand mold is put into a starch tank to be soaked, the hand mold is subjected to a cooling process, and the cooled hand mold is transferred to a demolding station to obtain a finished glove. The method has the characteristics of simple process, low energy consumption, energy conservation and environmental protection, the raw materials of the glove are compactly, quickly and uniformly combined into a whole through the cooperation of the microwave drying process and the microwave-absorbing coating hand mold, the structural stability, acid resistance, alkali resistance, tensile resistance and water resistance of the whole glove are improved, and the service life of the glove is prolonged.
