Based on the construction method, the bridge pile foundation structure and the middle partition wall of the underground passage are constructed together, so that the problem that avoiding is needed when the underground passage and the bridge pile foundation structure of a ground bridge intersect is solved, smoothness of up-down road line shapes is guaranteed, and overground and underground space resources are fully utilized; meanwhile, the middle partition wall is simple in structure, easy to operate, economical, reasonable and high in practicability and applicability.
