This ceramic-copper-graphene bonded body is obtained by bonding a ceramic member, a copper member comprising copper or a copper alloy, and a graphene-containing carbonaceous member containing a graphene aggregate, and is characterized in that: at the bonding interface between the copper member and the graphene-containing carbonaceous member, the graphene aggregate is bonded to the copper member; an active metal carbide layer containing one or more active metal carbides selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Nb and Hf is formed on the side of a graphene-containing carbonaceous member, and an Mg solid solution layer in which Mg is solid-solved in a Cu matrix is formed between the active metal carbide layer and the copper member.
