The invention discloses a multi-layer pre-oxidized fiber felt and nano aerogel coating combined thermal insulation material which is characterized by comprising a composite structure composed of a single-layer nano aerogel pre-oxidized fiber felt, a nano aerogel coating connecting layer and a nano aerogel pre-oxidized fiber felt, the nano aerogel coating connecting layer is transparent nano aerogel slurry liquid, and the nano aerogel coating connecting layer is transparent nano aerogel slurry liquid. The transparent nano aerogel slurry is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15 to 35 parts of water, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a thickening agent, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a dispersing agent, 15 to 25 parts of emulsion, 1 to 2 parts of a coalescing agent, 1 to 2 parts of an anti-freezing agent, 5 to 15 parts of titanium dioxide, 3 to 15 parts of filler, 10 to 20 parts of hollow microspheres, 15 to 25 parts of aerogel, 0.2 to 0.4 part of a de-foaming agent, 0.1 to 0.3 part of a mildew-proof antibacterial preservative and 0.2 to 0.4 part of a PH regulator. The multi-layer pre-oxidized fiber felt and nano aerogel coating combined thermal insulation material is excellent in thermal insulation performance.
