The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt pavement materials for road engineering, in particular to a high-performance rubber asphalt mixture based on compounding of soft asphalt and hard asphalt as well as a preparation method and application of the high-performance rubber asphalt mixture. The high-performance rubber asphalt mixture based on soft and hard asphalt compounding is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 83.5 to 93 parts of aggregate, 4 to 6 parts of desulfurized rubber modified asphalt, 0.4 to 0.8 part of reinforcing agent and 2.5 to 10 parts of mineral powder, the desulfurized rubber modified asphalt comprises the following components in parts by weight: 82.3-85.8 parts of matrix asphalt, 12-15 parts of rubber powder, 2 parts of an SBS modifier, 0.2 part of a solubilizer and 0.2-0.3 part of a stabilizer. The rubber asphalt mixture has excellent high-temperature rutting resistance, low-temperature cracking resistance, fatigue resistance and aging resistance, and can reduce driving noise in the driving process of a pavement, prolong the service life of the pavement and reduce the construction cost and later maintenance cost input of the pavement.
本发明涉及道路工程用沥青路面材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于软硬沥青复配的高性能橡胶沥青混合料及制备方法和应用。该基于软硬沥青复配的高性能橡胶沥青混合料包括以下重量份数的原料:集料83.5‑93份、脱硫橡胶改性沥青4‑6份、增强剂0.4‑0.8份和矿粉2.5‑10份;脱硫橡胶改性沥青的组分为基质沥青82.3‑85.8份、橡胶粉12‑15份、SBS改性剂2份、增溶剂0.2份、稳定剂0.2‑0.3份。该橡胶沥青混合料具备优良的高温抗车辙性能、低温抗开裂性能、耐疲劳性能及抗老化性能,能降低路面行车过程中的行车噪音,延长路面使用寿命,降低路面施工成本及后期养护费用投入。
