Gelling material for repairing ancient buildings and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an ancient building repair cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The ancient building repair cementing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-60% of slaked lime, 5-20% of tricalcium silicate, 5-20% of dicalcium silicate, 10-30% of superfine slag powder, 10-30% of fly ash microspheres, 1-4% of an aluminum additive, 0.1-0.4% of fibers and 1-5% of stone wool. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the slaked lime, the tricalcium silicate and the dicalcium silicate in proportion, and performing ball milling by a ball mill to obtain a mixture; and mixing and homogenizing the obtained mixture with superfine slag powder, fly ash microspheres, an aluminum additive, fibers and stone wool in proportion to obtain the repairing cementing material for the historic building. The color of the binding material is consistent with that of the binding material of an ancient city wall, and the effect of repairing old as old can be achieved; by utilizing the filling and particle morphology effect of the microbeads, the water demand for repairing the cementing material is reduced, meanwhile, the waste utilization rate is also improved, and the requirements of environmental protection and economy are met.
本发明公开了一种古建筑修补胶凝材料及其制备方法,该古建筑修补胶凝材料按照质量百分比包括以下组成:熟石灰30~60%、硅酸三钙5~20%、硅酸二钙5~20%、矿渣微粉10~30%、粉煤灰微珠10~30%、铝制添加剂1~4%、纤维0.1~0.4%、石绒1~5%;其制备方法为先按比例将熟石灰和硅酸三钙、硅酸二钙混合,之后球磨机球磨得到混合料;然后按比例将得到的混合料与矿渣微粉、粉煤灰微珠、铝制添加剂、纤维、石绒进行混合和均化,得到所述的古建筑修补胶凝材料。本发明与古城墙的粘结材料颜色一致,可达到修旧如旧的效果;利用微珠的填充和颗粒形貌效应,降低了修补胶凝材料的需水量,同时还提高废物利用率,符合环保经济的要求。
