The clamping driving part is connected with the sliding clamping device so as to drive the sliding clamping device to slide along the platform. By applying the pile driver provided by the invention, ground construction and water construction can be realized, the breaches of a polder embankment can be quickly blocked, the life safety of construction rescue personnel is guaranteed, and the life and property loss of people in a flood discharge area is reduced.
