The invention discloses a prefabricated part, an underground diaphragm wall and a construction method, the prefabricated part comprises prefabricated part bodies used for being mutually assembled in the vertical direction and the transverse direction to form the diaphragm wall, and the prefabricated part is characterized in that corresponding connecting parts are arranged at the two ends of each prefabricated part body, and the connecting parts are used for vertically installing connecting pieces so that the end faces of the prefabricated parts can be fixedly connected; wherein a sealing part is arranged on at least one end face of the end face of the prefabricated part body, and a mortise and tenon joint structure is formed on at least one exposed face of the prefabricated part body. An underground diaphragm wall is formed by assembling prefabricated parts, and therefore the diaphragm wall has the advantages of being high in bearing capacity, good in sealing performance, good in water stopping effect and good in wall integrity.
