The invention relates to the technical field of structural damping, in particular to a multi-step sliding friction type damper and a connecting structure thereof. The friction type damper comprises a first-order sliding plate, a pressing plate and a multi-order sliding plate which are connected through a high-strength bolt. A belleville spring is arranged at one end of the high-strength bolt. A pressing plate is arranged on the inner side of the first-order sliding plate, a friction plate is arranged between the first-order sliding plate and the pressing plate, a multi-order sliding plate is arranged on the inner side of the pressing plate, and a friction plate is arranged between the pressing plate and the multi-order sliding plate. The multi-step sliding plate is additionally arranged on the basis of an original friction type damper, and variable-step sliding can occur when preset displacement is achieved. The defect that a conventional friction type damper cannot meet the damping requirements of different types of earthquake actions is overcome, multi-stage friction energy dissipation is achieved on the premise that the mechanical property of an original friction type damper is not affected, and the energy dissipation capacity of the damper in the whole process is improved.
本发明涉及结构减震技术领域,尤其是涉及一种多阶起滑摩擦型阻尼器及其连接结构。摩擦型阻尼器包括通过高强螺栓连接的一阶滑动板、压板和多阶滑动板,所述高强螺栓的一端设置有碟形弹簧;所述一阶滑动板的内侧设置压板,所述一阶滑动板和所述压板之间设置摩擦板,所述压板的内侧设置多阶滑动板,所述压板和所述多阶滑动板之间设置摩擦板。本发明在原摩擦型阻尼器的基础上增设了多阶滑动板,能够在达到预设的位移时发生变阶起滑。本发明克服了常规摩擦型阻尼器无法满足不同类型地震作用的减震要求,在不影响原摩擦型阻尼器的力学性能的前提下,实现多阶段摩擦耗能,提高阻尼器的全过程耗能能力。
