The invention provides recycled rockfill concrete which is composed of recycled rockfill and self-compacting concrete, and the volume of the recycled rockfill accounts for 50%-60% of the total volume of the rockfill concrete; the preparation process of the regenerated rockfill comprises the following steps: step 1, pre-screening; waste concrete enters a pre-screening system, and aggregate with the particle size smaller than 600 mm is screened out; step 2, crushing; the pre-screened aggregate with the particle size larger than 600 mm enters a crushing system to be crushed; step 3, screening; the pre-screened and crushed aggregate with the particle size smaller than 600 mm enters a screening system, and aggregate with the particle size ranging from 0 mm to 100 mm, 100 mm to 300 mm, 300 mm to 600 mm and larger than 600 mm is obtained through screening; step 4, strengthening; after screening, the aggregate with the particle size of 100-300 mm and the aggregate with the particle size of 300-600 mm enters a strengthening system to be strengthened, and the regenerated rockfill is obtained. According to the method, about 1.5 tons of natural ore is reduced when one square of rock-fill concrete is produced, natural resources can be effectively saved, the building waste concrete is recycled, and environmental pollution is reduced.
