The invention discloses a low-cost method for rapidly preparing silicon dioxide aerogel and a composite product thereof, which comprises the following steps: taking water glass as a silicon source, mixing the water glass and desalted water according to a volume ratio of 1: (0.3-8) to form a water glass aqueous solution, carrying out one-step catalytic gelation on the water glass aqueous solution by using an acid solution to form wet gel, and compounding with a certain carrier in the catalytic gelation process to prepare the silicon dioxide aerogel. And carrying out one-step replacement modification on the wet gel by using an organic mixed solution, and carrying out normal-pressure drying to prepare the silicon dioxide aerogel and the composite product thereof. The silicon dioxide aerogel composite material is prepared by adopting a sol-gel method which is low in cost, simple and high in safety coefficient and a normal-pressure drying process, and amplified production verifies that the product quality meets the requirements of A-grade aerogel composite products defined by the aerogel national standard GB/T34336-2017.
本发明公开了一种低成本快速制备二氧化硅气凝胶及其复合制品的方法,以水玻璃为硅源,水玻璃与脱盐水以体积比1:0.3~8的混合液形成水玻璃水溶液,水玻璃水溶液经酸溶液一步催化凝胶,形成湿凝胶,催化凝胶过程可与一定的载体复合,湿凝胶通过有机混合液一步置换改性,经常压干燥,制得二氧化硅气凝胶及其复合制品。采用低成本、简单化和安全系数高的溶胶‑凝胶法和常压干燥工艺制备二氧化硅气凝胶复合材料,经放大化生产验证,产品质量满足气凝胶国家标准GB/T34336‑2017定义的A级气凝胶复合产品的要求。
