The invention discloses a fabricated concrete beam-column connecting joint and a construction method thereof. The connecting joint comprises a center concrete bracket column, a right side prefabricated concrete beam and a left side prefabricated concrete beam. The precast concrete beam is in lap joint with the corbel, anchoring steel plates are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the lap joint position, the anchoring steel plates on the front side and the rear side are connected through split bolts penetrating through the precast concrete beam and the corbel, connecting triangular steel is arranged at the corner of the upper side of the lap joint position, and the connecting triangular steel is connected with the precast concrete beam through embedded bolts. The connecting triangular steel and the center concrete bracket column are connected through a center high-strength friction type bolt. The prefabricated beams can be stably lapped on the concrete column, and the prefabricated concrete beams on the left side and the right side are combined and connected with the triangular steel plates to form a tight whole with the column body. Dry and wet operations are combined in the construction process, and through later assembly of the precast beams, the construction time is greatly saved, the working efficiency is improved, and combined connection under various conditions is met.
