The invention discloses a built-in door belt transmission mechanism which comprises a first shell, a second shell, through grooves, grooved wheels, a belt, a vertical rod and a door body, the outer wall of the first shell is in clearance fit with the second shell, and the through grooves are machined in the bottoms of the inner walls of the first shell and the second shell; the inner wall of the first shell and the inner wall of the second shell are each rotationally connected with a grooved wheel through a connecting piece, and the two grooved wheels are rotationally connected through a belt. According to the built-in door belt transmission mechanism, a handle in the adjusting mechanism rotates, the handle drives a first screw rod to rotate, when the first screw rod rotates, a sliding sleeve and a sliding rod are connected in a sliding mode, the sliding sleeve conducts lifting guiding on a barrel body and drives the barrel body and a block body to move downwards, and when the block body moves downwards, abutting between a clamping rod and a clamping groove can be canceled; and then the first shell and the second shell are moved towards the two outer sides, the distance between the two grooved wheels is adjusted, and then traction of different distances can be conducted on the door body according to the actual moving distance of the door body.
