The invention relates to a preparation method of flexible continuous mullite filaments, which comprises the following steps: preparing mullite precursor sol and aluminum oxide precursor sol, mixing the mullite precursor sol and the aluminum oxide precursor sol, fully stirring, adding an additive and a polymer spinning auxiliary agent, heating, stirring, condensing and refluxing to obtain the flexible continuous mullite filaments. Clear and transparent composite sol is obtained; then carrying out reduced pressure distillation to obtain spinnable mullite precursor sol; preparing hybrid mullite continuous filaments by using dry spinning forming; and finally, carrying out drying and high-temperature sintering treatment to obtain the continuous mullite filament. Compared with the prior art, the continuous mullite filament prepared through dry spinning has the advantages that the diameter of the prepared filament is 10-50 microns, and the continuous mullite filament is smooth in surface, good in flexibility and high in strength.
本发明涉及一种柔性连续莫来石长丝的制备方法,包括制备莫来石前驱体溶胶和氧化铝前驱体溶胶,且将其莫来石前驱体溶胶和氧化铝前驱体溶胶混合,充分搅拌后加入添加物和高分子纺丝助剂,并进行加热搅拌和冷凝回流,获得澄清透明的复合溶胶;然后进行减压蒸馏,获得可纺性莫来石前驱体溶胶;利用干法纺丝成型制备杂化莫来石连续长丝;最后进行干燥和高温烧结处理,获得连续莫来石长丝。与现有技术相比,本发明通过干法纺丝制备的连续莫来石长丝,制得长丝的直径为10~50um,且表面光滑、柔韧性好、强度高。
