The invention discloses a continuous carbon fiber toughened mullite castable based on direct-writing forming 3D printing and a preparation method of the continuous carbon fiber toughened mullite castable. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 55-75 parts by mass of mullite aggregate, 10-20 parts by mass of alumina micro powder, 2-6 parts by mass of silica powder and 2-6 parts by mass of calcium aluminate cement into a stirrer for mixing and stirring, then adding 0.1-0.5 part by mass of a dispersant, 0.5-1.5 parts by mass of a binder and 10-20 parts by mass of water into the stirrer for mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture, and after the mixture is subjected to spheroidizing, carrying out extrusion molding to obtain a finished product. Printing slurry is obtained; after gas in the printing slurry is exhausted, the printing slurry is loaded into a direct-writing forming 3D printer stock bin, Microsoft 3DBuilder software is used for designing and establishing a porous ceramic filter model, and a continuous fiber toughened mullite castable green body is obtained through printing of a direct-writing forming 3D printer; and naturally drying the green body, and baking to obtain the continuous fiber toughened mullite castable green body. The process is simple, the cost is low, and the prepared castable has the advantages of being high in specific fracture energy, outstanding in breaking strength and the like.
