Double-layer anti-seepage system for refuse landfill engineering
The invention discloses a double-layer anti-seepage system for refuse landfill engineering, and relates to the technical field of refuse landfills. The system comprises an underground water collecting, guiding and discharging system, a base layer, a compacted soil anti-seepage layer, a first anti-seepage layer, a seepage detection layer, a second anti-seepage layer and a leachate collecting, guiding and discharging system which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the first anti-seepage layer sequentially comprises a first HDPE film and first geotechnical cloth from bottom to top; the second impermeable layer sequentially comprises second geotechnical cloth, a second HDPE film and third geotechnical cloth from bottom to top. By arranging the splicing mechanism, when multiple pieces of geotechnical cloth or HDPE films are spliced, a material to be spliced is put into a connecting sleeve, a pressing block and a middle block are used for clamping the material, meanwhile, continuous clamping is conducted through thrust of a compression spring, loosening is prevented, the compression spring can automatically rebound, the operation step of manual clamping is omitted during installation, and the splicing efficiency is improved. Clamping and splicing are time-saving and labor-saving, so that the purposes of conveniently splicing the geotechnical cloth and the HDPE film in the impermeable layer and avoiding leakage are achieved.
本发明公开了一种垃圾填埋场工程双层防渗系统,涉及垃圾填埋场技术领域。本发明包括自下而上依次设置的地下水收集导排系统、基础层、压实土壤防渗层、第一防渗层、渗漏检测层、第二防渗层和渗沥液收集导排系统,所述第一防渗层自下而上依次包括第一HDPE膜和第一土工布,所述第二防渗层自下而上依次包括第二土工布、第二HDPE膜和第三土工布。本发明通过设置拼接机构,在对多块土工布或HDPE膜进行拼接时,通过将待拼接材料放入连接套中,并使用压块和中间块夹住材料,同时利用压簧的推力持续夹紧,防止松懈,而且压簧可以自动回弹,在安装时省去了人工夹紧的操作步骤,装夹拼接省时省力,从而达到便于防渗层中的土工布和HDPE膜进行拼接,避免泄露的目的。
