The invention relates to the technical field of carbon fiber materials, in particular to a graphite felt-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The graphite felt-based composite material comprises a graphite felt, a transition layer and more than two ceramic coatings, wherein the transition layer and the ceramic coatings sequentially coat the surface of the graphite felt; in the ceramic coating, the weight content of the ceramic precursor is 1%-80%, and the content of the ceramic precursor in the ceramic coating is gradually increased in the direction away from the graphite felt; and the transition layer contains a carbon nanomaterial. According to the graphite felt-based composite material provided by the invention, the binding force between the graphite felt and the ceramic coating is strong, and the ceramic coating with gradually increased ceramic precursor concentration is arranged, so that the difference of thermal expansion coefficients is slowly transited, and the stripping failure of the ceramic coating caused by thermal mismatch is effectively prevented.
本发明涉及碳纤维材料技术领域,尤其涉及石墨毡基复合材料及其制备方法。石墨毡基复合材料包括:石墨毡,以及依次包覆于石墨毡表面的过渡层及两层以上的陶瓷涂层;在陶瓷涂层中,陶瓷前驱体的重量含量为1%~80%,且沿着远离石墨毡的方向,陶瓷涂层中陶瓷前驱体的含量递增;过渡层中含有碳纳米材料。本发明提供的石墨毡基复合材料,石墨毡与陶瓷涂层的结合力强,通过设置陶瓷前驱体浓度逐渐增大的陶瓷涂层,使热膨胀系数的差异性缓慢过渡,有效防止热失配造成的陶瓷涂层剥脱失效。
