Automatically erected recoverable trestle and construction method thereof
The construction method comprises the following steps that a trestle body and a pile planting machine are located at a pile planting working position, and after precast piles prepared to be planted in the trestle are conveyed in place, the pile planting machine grabs the precast piles and converts the precast piles from the horizontal state to the vertical state; the pile planting machine conveys the precast pile downwards, the precast pile is sunk to a stable position by utilizing self weight, and the precast pile is pressed into the stratum by the pile planting machine; after the precast pile is sunk to the preset elevation, a pile cap is detachably connected to the top of the precast pile, and the top face of the pile cap is matched with the plane where the bottom face of the bridge body is located; and the bridge body is pushed forwards, so that the bridge body is moved to the prefabricated pile which is just installed and enters a next-span pile planting working position. Bridging is conducted through the pushing method that the pile planting machine presses the planted piles and pushes the bridge body, the adaptability to the stratum is high, the pile foundation positioning precision is high, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the manual operation intensity is reduced, vibration pollution is avoided, meanwhile, the recycling operation of the whole trestle can be completed through reverse operation, and energy conservation and environment protection are achieved.
本发明关于一种自动化架设可回收栈桥及其施工方法,该方法包括以下步骤:栈桥桥体和植桩机处于植桩工作位,本跨准备植入的预制桩输送到位后,植桩机抓取预制桩,并将其从水平状态转为竖直状态;植桩机向下输送预制桩,预制桩利用自重沉桩到稳定位置,植桩机将预制桩压入地层;预制桩沉桩到达预定标高后,然后在预制桩顶部可拆卸连接桩帽,桩帽顶面配合桥体底面所在平面;向前顶推桥体,使其移动到刚安装的预制桩上,进入下一跨植桩工作位。本发明通过植桩机压入植桩和顶推桥体的顶推法架桥,对地层适应性强,桩基定位精度高,极大提高了施工效率并降低了人工作业强度,避免了振动污染,同时逆向操作也可完成整个栈桥的回收作业,节能环保。
