The fixing rod sequentially penetrates through the first fixing cover and the second fixing cover from top to bottom and then is in threaded connection with a template, external threads are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the fixing rod, a first nut is connected with the fixing rod in a screwed mode and tightly presses the first fixing cover, and a second nut is connected with the fixing rod in a screwed mode and tightly presses the second fixing cover. The device can be simply and quickly fixed on a template of a floor slab to form a reserved pipeline hole, and the situation that the reserved pipeline hole deviates, and later construction is affected is avoided.
