The photocatalytic foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 3.2 to 12.8 percent of photocatalytic foam, 62.0 to 68.9 percent of white cement, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 24.6 to 27.5 percent of water, and the photocatalytic foam is prepared from nano TiO2, a dispersion stabilizer, a foaming agent and water. The nano TiO2 is loaded on the foam to form the stable photocatalytic foam, then the photocatalytic foam is used for preparing the photocatalytic foam concrete, the obtained photocatalytic foam concrete has a stable porous structure, the nano TiO2 is fully attached to the pore wall of the concrete, the exposure under ultraviolet rays and the contact amount with pollutants are obviously increased, and the photocatalytic foam concrete has a good photocatalytic effect. The utilization rate of the nano TiO2 is improved, and the nano TiO2 has excellent photocatalytic performance.
