The invention provides a fiber-reinforced silicon nitride ceramic composite material which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 7-10% of titanium dioxide composite fiber, 2-4% of silicon carbide, 1-2% of graphite powder and the balance of silicon nitride, and the sum of the weight percentages of the raw materials is 100%. The invention also provides a preparation method of the fiber-reinforced silicon nitride ceramic composite material. The fiber-reinforced silicon nitride ceramic composite material provided by the invention has relatively good bending strength and fracture toughness.
本发明提供了一种纤维增强氮化硅陶瓷复合材料,由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:二氧化钛复合纤维7~10%,碳化硅2~4%,石墨粉1~2%,其余为氮化硅,各原料的重量百分比之和为100%。本发明还提供了该纤维增强氮化硅陶瓷复合材料的制备方法。本发明所提供的纤维增强氮化硅陶瓷复合材料具有较好的抗弯强度和断裂韧性。
