The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, and provides a nitride fiber reinforced silicon nitride composite material and a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weaving silicon nitride fibers and/or silicon-boron-nitrogen fibers to obtain a preform; (2) impregnating the fiber preform with a nitride precursor, and then sequentially performing curing treatment and cracking treatment to obtain a preform containing a nitride; (3) putting the prefabricated body containing the nitride into ceramic slurry for dipping, and then sequentially carrying out drying treatment and sintering treatment to obtain a prefabricated body containing ceramic powder; and (4) repeating the steps (2) to (3) until the weight increment of the composite material meets the design requirement to obtain the nitride fiber reinforced silicon nitride composite material. The tensile strength of the nitride fiber reinforced silicon nitride composite material prepared by the method is greater than 70MPa at room temperature, and the nitride fiber reinforced silicon nitride composite material has good strength and toughness.
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,提供了一种氮化物纤维增强氮化硅复合材料及其制备方法和应用,该制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)采用氮化硅纤维和/或硅硼氮纤维通过编织得到预制体;(2)通过氮化物前驱体对纤维预制体进行浸渍,然后依次经固化处理和裂解处理,得到包括氮化物的预制体;(3)将包括氮化物的预制体置于陶瓷浆料中进行浸渍,然后依次经干燥处理、烧结处理,得到包括陶瓷粉体的预制体;(4)重复步骤(2)至(3)直至复合材料的增重达到设计要求,得到氮化物纤维增强氮化硅复合材料。本发明制备的氮化物纤维增强氮化硅复合材料在室温下的拉伸强度大于70MPa,具有良好的强度和韧性。
