The gravel section is located on the upper portion of the pile body and filled with gravel. The curing agent filling section is located below the gravel section, the top elevation of the curing agent filling section is higher than the upper limit preset distance of the permafrost layer, and the curing agent filling section is filled with gravel and a curing agent. The curing agent filling section can be used as a water-resisting layer while improving the strength of the bottom pile body, so that melting water of the upper seasonal frozen soil layer is prevented from directly penetrating through the freezing frontal surface of the permafrost layer, the possibility that the upper limit of the permafrost layer moves downwards is reduced, and then the risk that the bearing capacity of the pile end is unstable is reduced.
