The invention discloses a high-adaptability solid polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent which comprises unsaturated polyether A modified at the tail end of a cyclic monomer, an initiator, an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, unsaturated hydroxyl ester and a chain transfer agent, the cyclic monomer terminal modified unsaturated polyether A is prepared by the following steps: adding unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether, a cyclic carboxylic acid monomer, a catalyst, a polymerization inhibitor and a water-carrying agent cyclohexane into a reactor, refluxing at 90-110 DEG C for 5-8 hours, and then evaporating out the solvent, thereby obtaining the cyclic monomer terminal modified unsaturated polyether A. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cyclic monomer terminal modified unsaturated polyether A. The preparation method of the cyclic monomer terminal modified unsaturated polyether A comprises the following steps: adding unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether, a cyclic carboxylic acid monomer, a catalyst, a polymerization inhibitor and a water-carrying agent cyclohexane into the reactor; according to the unsaturated polyether A with the tail end modified by the cyclic monomer provided by the invention, a cyclic group with the tail end modified has relatively large steric hindrance, and the free extension state of the whole chain segment is changed, so that the insertion of PEG chains can be effectively reduced, and the adaptability and mud resistance of the water reducing agent to clay are improved; meanwhile, the water reducer is simple in preparation process, short in production period, easy to operate, green, environmentally friendly and beneficial to industrial production.
本发明公开了一种高适应性固体聚羧酸减水剂,包括环状单体末端修饰的不饱和聚醚A、引发剂、不饱和羧酸单体、不饱和羟基酯、链转移剂,环状单体末端修饰的不饱和聚醚A通过以下方法制备得到:将不饱和聚氧乙烯醚、环状羧酸单体、催化剂、阻聚剂及带水剂环己烷加入到反应器中,90℃‑110℃条件下回流5h‑8h,随后将溶剂蒸出,即得环状单体末端修饰的不饱和聚醚A。本发明提供环状单体末端修饰的不饱和聚醚A,末端修饰的环状基团具有较大的空间位阻,而且改变了整个链段自由伸展的状态,可以有效减少PEG链的穿插,提高减水剂对粘土的适应性及抗泥性;同时该减水剂的制备工艺简单,生产周期短,易操作,绿色环保,有利于工业化生产。
