The invention discloses a preparation method of an enhanced nano calcium carbonate doped polycarboxylate superplasticizer, which comprises the following steps: 1, adding calcium hydroxide, a polyether macromonomer, hydrogen peroxide and water into a flask, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution A; 2, adding acrylic acid and methacrylic acid into water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution B; 3, adding a reducing agent and a chain transfer agent into water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution C; 4, the solution A is heated to 25 DEG C or above, the solution B and the solution C are dropwise added into the solution A, the solution A is kept in a stirring state in the dropwise adding process, dropwise adding of the solution B is completed within three hours, dropwise adding of the solution C is completed within three and half hours, the temperature is increased to 35-45 DEG C after dropwise adding is completed, and heat preservation is conducted for one hour; after the solution B is dropwise added for two hours, carbon dioxide is blown into the solution A by adopting an intermittent bubbling method until the solution C is dropwise added completely, and the nano calcium carbonate doped polycarboxylate superplasticizer is obtained after heat preservation is completed. 本发明公开一种增强型纳米碳酸钙掺杂聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法,步骤为:一、把氢氧化钙、聚醚大单体、双氧水和水加入到烧瓶中,搅拌均匀后得溶液A;二、把丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸加入到水中搅拌均匀得溶液B;三、把还原剂、链转移剂加入到水中搅拌均匀得溶液C;四、把溶液A加热到25℃以上,把溶液B和溶液C滴加到溶液A中,滴加过程中A溶液保持搅拌状态,溶液B三个小时滴加完毕,溶液C三个半小时滴加完毕,滴加完毕后温度上升到35‑45℃,保温一个小时;在溶液B滴加两个小时的时候采用间歇式鼓泡法向溶液A中吹入二氧化碳直至溶液C滴加完毕,保温完毕即得到纳米碳酸钙掺杂聚羧酸减水剂,本发明制得的减水剂对混凝土的强度具备一定的提升效果。
