The invention discloses an enhanced polycarboxylate superplasticizer which is prepared by polymerizing the following monomers: a monomer A is H2C=C(CH3)-CH2CH2O(CH2CH2O) nH, wherein the molecular weight of the monomer A is 4000-8000; a monomer B is H2C=C(CH3)-CH2CH2O(CH2CH2O) mH, wherein the molecular weight of the monomer B is 400-800; a monomer C is a carboxylic acid type reaction monomer; and amonomer D is a vinyl silane monomer. According to the water reducing agent disclosed by the invention, by controlling the content of each component and the adding sequence in the preparation process,the obtained product finally realizes the technical effects of enhancement, high-efficiency water reduction and the like.
