Enhanced polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an enhanced polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The enhanced polycarboxylate superplasticizer disclosed by the invention is prepared by copolymerizing an unsaturated reactive polyether and an unsaturated comonomer with a carboxylic acid group or anhydride under the condition of no water or no solvent and then carrying out acylation reaction onamino groups contained in a silane monomer with carboxyl or anhydride. According to the invention, the silicon element with the same components as cement is introduced into molecules of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer; replacing an anionic group with a silane group to serve as an adsorption group of the polymer is adopted, therefore, the electrical property of the molecules of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is changed, the sensitivity of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer due to the electrical property of the surface of the material is reduced, the dispersion and dispersion retention properties of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the adaptability to the material are improved, and an obvious reinforcing effect is achieved on concrete.
本发明公开了一种增强型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。本发明所述增强型聚羧酸减水剂是在无水或无溶剂的条件下,通过不饱和反应性聚醚与带有羧酸基团或者酸酐的不饱和共聚单体进行共聚,再采用硅烷单体中含有的胺基基团与羧基或者酸酐进行酰化反应制备而成。本发明在聚羧酸减水剂分子中引入与水泥成分相同的硅元素,用硅烷基团替代阴离子基团作为聚合物的吸附基团,从而改变聚羧酸减水剂分子的电性,减少了聚羧酸减水剂由于材料表面电性带来的敏感性,改善了聚羧酸减水剂的分散及分散保持性能和对材料的适应性,并对混凝土有明显的增强作用。
