Layered pouring unreinforced hybrid steel fiber concrete shield segment and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a layered pouring unreinforced hybrid steel fiber concrete shield segment which is of an arc-shaped structure and sequentially comprises a first steel fiber concrete layer and a second steel fiber concrete layer from the inner arc face to the outer arc face of the shield segment. The first steel fiber concrete layer is prepared from the following raw materials: long steel fibers, short steel fibers, cement, a water reducing agent, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates and fly ash; the second steel fiber concrete layer is prepared from the following raw materials: short steel fibers, cement, a water reducing agent, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and fly ash. The invention relates to a steel fiber reinforced concrete shield segment which comprises two steel fiber reinforced concrete layers, one layer is a long and short steel fiber reinforced concrete layer, and the other layer is a short steel fiber reinforced concrete layer. The long steel fiber and the short steel fiber are mixed, the short steel fiber has a reinforcing effect on a concrete matrix and mainly inhibits occurrence of cracks in the early stage, the long steel fiber mainly delays expansion of the cracks in the later stage and transmits and bears shearing force at the cracks, and the early-stage effect and the later-stage effect are different and have complementary advantages.
