The invention relates to the technical field of gypsum board coagulation accelerators, in particular to a gypsum plaster board coagulation accelerator which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 260-350 parts of carbonate, 80-130 parts of gypsum powder, 80-130 parts of a high-efficiency water reducing agent, 0-30 parts of a water reducing agent, 0-30 parts of a water reducing agent and 0-30 parts of a water reducing agent. A gypsum powder preparation module, a carbonate preparation module, an efficient water reducing agent module, a conveying module, a mixing module and a collecting module are included in the production process. The purpose of improving the single-line production capacity of the gypsum plaster board is achieved by developing and adding the coagulant, meanwhile, the product quality of the gypsum plaster board is improved, the cost is reduced by collecting and recycling waste boards and leftover materials of the gypsum plaster board, and meanwhile, gypsum ash and paper scraps of the waste boards and the leftover materials of the gypsum plaster board are screened, so that the production efficiency of the gypsum plaster board is improved. The influence of the prepared coagulant on the stability of gypsum board production is avoided while the waste is recycled, and the production quality is improved.
