Comprising a sleeve, a sealing ring is connected between the sleeve and a cable body, a heat conduction wire is embedded in the semicircular sealing ring, a first sliding groove is formed in the sleeve, the semicircular sealing ring is slidably connected to the first sliding groove, a first spring is connected between the semicircular sealing ring and the first sliding groove, and an area defined by the sleeve and the sealing ring forms a sealing cavity; inert gas is injected into the sealing cavity, and a pressure sensor is arranged in the sealing cavity of the semicircular sealing ring. A hydraulic box is wrapped outside the sleeve and filled with hydraulic oil, a push rod is arranged on the hydraulic box, a second sliding groove is formed in the cable body, the push rod is connected into the second sliding groove in a sliding mode, and a second spring is connected between the push rod and the side wall of the second sliding groove.
