The invention discloses a pellet smelting method which comprises the following steps: S1, drying green pellets to obtain cooked pellets; s2, the cooked pellets are subjected to pre-reduction and microwave magnetizing roasting, and magnetized pellets are obtained; and S3, the magnetized pellets are input into a high-temperature molten pool to be subjected to alkali removal treatment. According to the pellet smelting method, thorough reduction of pellets can be achieved, and meanwhile the pellet smelting method has the advantages that energy consumption is reduced, and cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种球团冶炼方法，包括如下步骤：步骤S1：将生球团烘干，得到熟球团；步骤S2：对熟球团进行预还原和微波磁化焙烧，得到磁化球团；步骤S3：磁化球团输入至高温溶池，进行去碱处理。本发明的球团冶炼方法能够实现球团的彻底还原，同时具有节省能耗与降低成本的优势。
