The invention discloses a suspension bridge main cable clamp circular seam sealing structure which comprises a cable clamp and an extension part arranged on one side of the cable clamp, a wavy protrusion is arranged on the outer surface of the extension part, the extension part is connected with a main cable through an arranged sealing structure, the sealing structure comprises a wire wrapping layer, the wire wrapping layer is arranged on the main cable at the circular seam, and the wire wrapping layer is arranged on the outer surface of the extension part. A first protective layer is arranged on the outer surface of the wire wrapping layer, a circle of sealant connecting layer is arranged at the joint of the first protective layer and the end face of the extending part, a layer of thermal shrinkage belt is arranged on the outer surfaces of the extending part, the sealant connecting layer and the first protective layer, and a sealant filling layer is arranged on the outer surface of the thermal shrinkage belt; and a second protective layer is arranged on the outer surface of the sealant filling layer. Compared with the prior art, the cable clamp has the advantages that the friction force to the protective layer can be increased, smooth transition is added between the cable clamp and the main cable, the stress section of the sealing structure is long, and tearing caused by local stress is avoided.
