Rare earth doped hafnium oxide nano-powder as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to rare earth doped hafnium oxide nano powder and a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a hafnium salt solution and a rare earth metal salt solution to obtain a mixed solution; (2) mixing a precipitant with the mixed solution obtained in the step (1), standing, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain hydroxide precipitate; and (3) sequentially carrying out washing, hydrothermal treatment and solid-liquid separation on the hydroxide precipitate obtained in the step (2) to obtain a solid, and drying, grinding and sieving the solid to obtain the rare earth doped hafnium oxide nano-powder. According to the present invention, the co-precipitation reaction and the hydrothermal crystallization method are combined, and the low-concentration rare earth oxide is introduced, such that the synthesis of the stable cubic phase hafnium oxide can be achieved, and the high-temperature phase stability of the ceramic material is improved.
本发明涉及一种稀土掺杂氧化铪纳米粉体及其制备方法与应用,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)混合铪盐溶液与稀土金属盐溶液,得到混合溶液;(2)混合沉淀剂与步骤(1)所得混合溶液,静置后固液分离,得到氢氧化物沉淀;(3)步骤(2)所得氢氧化物沉淀依次经洗涤与水热处理,固液分离后所得固体经干燥、研磨以及过筛,得到所述稀土掺杂氧化铪纳米粉体。本发明通过将共沉淀反应与水热结晶法相结合,引入低浓度的稀土氧化物,可实现稳定立方相氧化铪的合成,提高了陶瓷材料的高温相稳定性。
